Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders across the United States — including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico when available.

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days for the contiguous 48 states.

Most enAmbar products ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, though a few items are limited to the contiguous 48 states — please check the individual product page before ordering. Where available, orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require additional transit time of up to 14 business days due to carrier logistics in non-continental destinations.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our U.S.-based fulfillment partner. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders must be delivered to a U.S. address.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may be fulfilled by more than one of our specialty partners. If your order includes items from different categories, you may receive them in separate shipments with individual tracking numbers — this is normal and ensures each piece is packed and shipped with the care it deserves.
